Social farming is a new element in the context of the welfare system and rural development and at the same time it represents an element of continuity with the culture and procedures inclusive agriculture.

One aspect still not very analyzed and discussed is the evaluation of its effects on welfare and quality of life of the people involved in the therapeutic processes of social farming.
In the seminar were presented the results of an evaluation that involves some of the realities which constitute the ‘Forum of agriculture capital of the Province of Rome' and discussed ways and prospects of work on the topic.
