The publication, which covers the universe of commercial farms represented by the FADN (Farm Accountancy Data Network), consists of a first chapter that compares, at a national level and for production, the results of the financial year 2011 with the previous year.

The work continues, in the next three chapters, detailing, for 2011, the structure, the cost and performance of companies at local level according to criteria of productivity and economic dimension.
