Over the past few months, the Commission has published the final version of the Community Regulations; Italy has sent the draft of the Partnership Agreement; Regions are defining the regional development Programs. 

Considering the changes introduced by the EU and by the national documentation, this seminar has been designed to guide the regional administrations in the assessment of possible options for the Leader in the programming of the RDPs 2014-2020, with particular reference to the following issues:

 

• Leader's role in rural development policies, in thematic sub-programs and/or other tools of integrated planning;
• Priorities, focus area and measures for the Leader;
• Financial resources and endowment for the Local Action Groups;
• Mechanism to foster the integration of funds.

The meeting was an occasion to take stock of the situation on the Programming 2007-2013 and discuss the main activities of the Task Force Leader for 2014.
