Seminar: "Reduce the surplus and waste in the agri-food chain. Which strategies?"

On June 5, 2014, with the occasion of the 41th World Environment Day, dedicated to the relationship between food and natural resources at the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS (INEA, Rome), Nomentana Street, n. 41, was held the seminar organized within the project "Promotion of Land Culture", with the title:

"Reduce the surplus and waste in the agri-food chain. Which strategies?"

The meeting is part of the debate on the issue of surplus and waste in the food chain and aim to analyze the different stages of the supply chain in order to identify the most critical issues and possible solutions to reduce food wastage and reuse them.
