The 15th October 2014, INEA (National Institute of Agricultural Economics, Via Nomentana 41) will host a seminar organized within the Project "Promotion of the farming culture", entitled "Singolare, Femminile Rurale" (n.d.t. Unique, Feminine, Rural).

The volume "Singolare, Femminile, Rurale" aims to highlight the woman's role in the agricultural sector and in the rural areas. This volume has been realized within the INEA project "Promotion of the farming culture", published with the subsidy provided by the "Società Servizi Intergrati d'Area" (Se.Si.Nar), and it will presented on the occasion of the "World Day of the Rural Woman".

Through direct evidence, the volume discloses experiences, contexts, working and human paths of women engaged in supporting their own entrepreneurial idea in the agricultural sector.

Some of the businesswomen interviewed will attend the meeting, and they will discuss their experience, thus providing causes for reflection about the entrepreneurial initiative, creativity, but also  about the difficulties met in the launch and development of firms in the agricultural sector, which ever more frequently shows them as protagonists and innovative interpreters.
