The evolution that has affected the rules related to regional institutions and the need of agricultural policy analysis have made necessary to update and to implement the INEA methodology to analyze agricultural expenditure of the regions and the interventions at the regional level. 

The meeting purpose is firstly, to fully involve the managers and the various entities that are interested in this activities by analyzing and discussing with them the latest developments of regulatory changes, methodology updates, the present framework information and future scenarios.
