This publication represents the second contribution (the first, already published, dealt with the issue of forests) in a series of monographs devoted to the future of rural development policy (post 2013). The Volume, starting from the analysis of the main evolutionary phenomena that affected the last decades, (issue of evaluation), it examines and takes into consideration the opportunities that the new reform will bring. Those opportunities, if well managed, will encourage to evaluate relevant development issues of rural areas and sectors.
