LA COOPERAZIONE: una nuova centralità nello sviluppo del sistema agroalimentare italiano
It was published the Yearbook of Italian Agriculture, dedicated this time to the co-operation, a theme that is in the studies tradition of INEA on the food system.
The Yearbook, titled "The cooperation: a new central point in the development of the Italian food system" came out in the Annex to the number 40 of the journal Terra e Vita. It offers a reading of the evolution of cooperation in Italy, deepening the component of agri-food its production size. But, at the same time measured also its distribution and social environment dimension. Nevertheless, presents its position in Europe and especially in our country is looking at the position in the economic and social system.
