The May 20, 2015 was held at the head office of the CRA-INEA in Via Nomentana n. 41, Rome a seminar organized under the project "Promotion of Farming Culture", entitled:
"THE VEGAN SUPPLY CHAIN  IN ITALY, INNOVATION AND TRADITION. Which opportunities for Italian agriculture?" 

The seminar was an occasion to investigate and understand this phenomenon with the help of business operators and experts from different disciplines.
