The document provides trace of the actual experience in Friuli Venezia Giulia concerning the involvement of the partnership in the draft of the Rural Development programme 2014-2020. The value added, resulting from the involvement of the stakeholders, has been repeatedly highlighted in the documents of the European Union and it is a principle which is based on the participation of people who can take advantage of the subsidies provided by the Structural Funds, in order to achieve a general state of well-being for the Community. 

Their involvement reinforces the commitment because they feel part of a process that ensures not only transparency but also provides useful elements to plot strategies and skills through direct experience. Four thematic groups were organized in order to preserve the guidance of the stakeholders and the partnership has been convened in two phases.
