Italian agriculture is an important annual information booklet produced by CREA-PB and published for the first time in 1989 on the recommendation of the then Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. It is an instrument of knowledge on developments in the Italian food system. Inside it highlights the role of the primary sector in the national economy, the relationship with the food industry and distribution, the environmental sustainability of agriculture, the production of excellence; policies at different institutional levels.
