CNR-IDAIC has been host, at its headquarters in Florence (Via de' Barucci, 20), the conference organized within the Project "Olive-oil's Plan – Action 9.1 normative analysis", titled:" the legal discipline of the olive-oil production chain between application issues and proactive ideas".

The conference has been an opportunity for the study and the comparison between academics and experts in the field on specific matters concerning the interpretation and application of the national legislation, in particular with reference to the Law n.9/2013 on "Standards on the quality and transparency of the virgin olive-oil supply chain", and of the European Union, in view of the enactment of the new regulations on the CAP, within the framework of the rules established by international standardization Bodies such as the International Olive Council.
