The report summarizes the results of a survey conducted by the Foundation Leone Moressa on behalf of INEA, within the Project "Promotion of Rural Culture" financed by the Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

Farms run by foreigners contribute to the overall growth of the national system, especially in a period of crisis; actually, they seem to have suffered less damage, caused by the economic crisis, than the native activities.

The contribution and dynamism that these realities show, reveal how the integration of foreigners and the activities they initiated in the economic system need to be known and focused.
