Sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica della filiera vitivinicola

This publication contains the documentation of a seminar that concludes the project carried out by INEA on the social responsibility of the Italian wine industry; it examines the close connection between wine and territory, as well as the continuous progress of quality achieved through management of the vineyards and wine cellars, inspired by the principles of economic, environmental and social sustainability.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Foundation "Simone Cesaretti", aims to add an important contribution to the studies on CSR in the food system because, through the involvement of favored witnesses , it has contributed to a better definition of the growth strategies of the operators , as well as the understanding of the ongoing dynamics and a much needed reflection on the possible development policies.
