The INEA regional office of the region Umbria conducts analysis and research in economic-agricultural activities. Gives support the regional Administration for the implementation of EU-funded Agricultural Policy.
The main activities are:
Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN). The office provides technical and methodological support for detecting and preparing the selection of the farms, the detectors and their subsequent support. Control of census data from farms, their correction and final processing of the related database for purposes of economic analysis.
National Rural Network (NRN). The office provides a constant link between the Ministry of Agriculture, the regional government for rural development policies.
Monitoring Regional Agricultural expenditure (SPEAR). Collection and classification of data from the the agri-food and rural development regional budget sector.
Annual survey on the land market, collection and processing of the data of average prices of the land based on regional basis indices.
Annual survey on the use of non-EU immigrants in the Italian agriculture. The aim is to provide a detailed analysis on the composition of the workforce in the primary sector.
